Valentin Hotz
Garages Hotz SA was founded in 1972 by Mr. Claude Hotz. The first garage was in Val-de-Travers, more precisely in Fleurier. In 1987, Claude Hotz bought a second garage, still in Val-de-Travers, but this time in Travers.
Around 1995, Claude's two sons, Grégoire and Valentin, with their CFCs in their pocket, joined the company to support their father and give a new dynamic to the company, which then had around fifteen employees.
Growing over time, Garages Hotz SA were taken over by Grégoire and Valentin in 2010. Grouping of two garages on the Travers site with the construction of a new exhibition and then a new workshop.
Always at the forefront of technologies and continuing education, Garages Hotz SA finally opened a new site in 2013 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, operated in association with their friend Mr. Pedro Roxo, in Bevaix in 2018 and most recently in 2021 in Yverdon in the north of the canton of Vaud.
With a network of around twenty agencies in the cantons of Jura, Neuchâtel and Vaud, the company has around 70 employees.
Responsible in this territory for the distribution and marketing of the Peugeot, Citroën and DS Automobiles brands! The dealership is also present with Mercedes-Benz in La Chaux-de-Fonds and Travers.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, the company relies on the quality of its services to gradually expand its circle of customers and thus shine in its local markets.
Passionate about sports in general, Garages Hotz SA are fortunate to have at their head an eight-time Swiss rally champion in the person of Grégoire Hotz, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, also pilots.
Besides that, Garages Hotz SA are notably main partners of the ice hockey clubs of the HCC in the Swiss League, of the CP Fleurier and its junior movement, of the VBC Valtra militant in LNA and its junior movement, as well as of the Val- group. de-Travers: junior football movement.
